Dim sum are a variety of light meals hearted offered with Chinese tea. The dishes served are mostly steamed or foods, including meat, vegetables, seafood, desserts and fried fruits.

Today, this type of meal seems to be a part of Chinese custom. Families gather to celebrate occasions such as Chinese New Year, holidays and Sundays and even restaurants offer special discounts in the morning and late afternoon hours.

Usually people who visit the local tea shop along the road for a tea in the afternoon and a little relaxation.

As it would help to digest food. Thus, tea shops began adding a variety of snacks as accompaniment. And so the tradition of dim sum evolved.

Traditional small amounts are served in a push cart, while the customer chooses from the wide variety of dishes. Most restaurants these days have removed the cart system. The meal is always served in a way that is cooked dishes, following exotic, followed by a flat and finished with a dessert / fruit.

¼ cup - finely chopped mushrooms

¼ cup - finely chopped Chestnut

¼ cup - finely chopped celery

Salt to taste

Mix vegetables with spices.

Place a teaspoon of filling in the middle of the enclosure.

Heat oil in a pan and place the meatballs and cook over high heat until golden brown.

Then cook uncovered until all the water has evaporated.
