Preparing fried rice is an extremely difficult task. Depending on your personal preferences, you can add or subtract some of the listed ingredients that will affect the total time.

Ingredients

    
The first and most important necessary ingredient is rice, of course! We recommend 3-4 cups of rice white long grain cooled.
    The next ingredient is soy sauce. 1.5 to 2 teaspoons is a number found works well.
Oyster sauce can also be used, if your personal preference.
    
4 tablespoons tablespoons vegetable oil
    1-2 onions according to personal preferences
    ½ teaspoon pepper 1 tea
    ½ to 1 tablespoon teaspoon salt
    Optional ingredients include:
    1-2 eggs
    grated carrots
    peas

Prepare the ingredients

Make sure all ingredients are readily available. This includes ensuring that rice is pre-cooked, chop the onion, beat eggs, and basically ensure that you do not have to look for something in the middle of the cooking process. When everything is ready, it's time to start the cooking process.

Cook fried rice

The first step is to place the wok or skillet on the burner and turn the heat to medium-high. When the bottom is covered to reduce the heat to medium and add eggs. Cook until done and then remove them from the board. Clean residue in the pan and add the remaining vegetable oil. Add all the rice. Using a large spoon, stir from time to time for a few minutes. After a minute or so, add the remaining ingredients. Stir a little more time and let the ingredients to form a nice mix. When hot, remove from the burner, place in a bowl, serve and enjoy!
