1 200 grams of green vegetables

1 cup diced ripe mango

For the sauce:

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Virgin tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons extra soup

Wash thoroughly mixed greens. Drain excess water by placing green mixed in a salad spinner. This should be a little heavier than other types of salads. Add the cooked meat, like any type of poultry, fish, pork or beef justify its input function. The combination of more cheese and eggs with vegetables and meat will complement the salad. The portion or serving of this type is also higher than for other types of salads. The last type is used mainly as a salad dessert.
