Meatballs are a filling tasty dish made with all types of ground beef filled
and bound with ingredients such as breadcrumbs, eggs and onions with herbs for
seasoning.
The cuttlefish recipe for meatballs
Ingredients:
2 cuttle fish
2 tablespoons flour
1 onion
2 ripe tomatoes
1 garlic clove
1 bay leaf
50 ml fish stock
9 oz of minced beef
9 oz of ground meat
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon parsley
5 oz peas
A pinch of salt, to taste
Knead beef as well as salt, pepper, garlic and parsley, then make meatballs on them. Add the chopped garlic and after a while add the chopped onion too. Then add the tomatoes and bay leaf, and when the tomato is cooked, add the meatballs and peas and boil the sauce for a few minutes as you want. Dish and enjoy!
Meatballs Foie Gras
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 tin of foie gras
1 lb. ground beef
1 package boneless olives
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
Flour for coating
bread crumbs
1 glass of white wine
1 bouillon cube
Bay leaf
1 egg
Season the meat, mix of beef and foie gras, chopped garlic, olives, parsley, salt and pepper. If you wish, you can marinate overnight, then when you are ready, mix with beaten egg mix, add the breadcrumbs until well textured and make the meatballs.
Saute onion with garlic, adding the tomato and pepper, if they want. When browned, place the wine sheet, cubes, salt, pepper, ham and blond bones. Evaporate wine. Meatballs with gratin off, add them to the fried mixture and add water to cover and simmer for 20 minutes, then serve with new potatoes or mashed potatoes.
