Welcomes Carolina Panthers Training Camp
The Carolina Panthers will hold their pre-season training at Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina, July 29-August 18 Wofford College hosted the training camp of the owner and founder Jerry Richardson 1995. Panthers is a former student Wofford . The team uses the Richardson Physical Activities Building, which has weight rooms, locker rooms, coaches offices and meeting rooms. Practices are held at Gibbs Stadium and on the ground Snyder. Among the special events planned for this year's training camp are movie nights, family days, days t-shirt, and the Panther Pals popular program, which will be expanded this year.
The event will take place at the Stade Gibbs Plaza July 4: 30-6: 30PM, and continues after practice. The festivities include the local band popular music back 9, face painting, short of food and gifts. Free entry.
"Family Fun Days" will be held on August 1 and August 15, 3:00 PM practices. "Monday Night at the Movies" will be held on August 2 and August 9 at 18:30. Radio film will be August 2, and James "Radio" Kennedy will attend a meet-and-greet before the show. The film will be August 09 Blind Side. Concessions will be available for purchase.
"T-Shirt Tuesday" will be August 3, 10 and 17 at 3:00 PM practices. The "tailgate party" will be held Saturday, August 14th from 4: 30-6: 30PM Gibbs Stadium before practice. Fans are invited to enjoy barbecue and listen to music worth thick boys, a group of local bluegrass. Free entry.
The children aged 6-13 may enroll in the Panther Pals program. When selecting five lucky young fans practices will be selected to participate in the practice at the field level and spend time with a player after Panthers. This popular program was expanded to include 15 practices this year.
All Panther practices are free and open to the public. Parking is free. Fans entering must Spartanburg I-585, which becomes Pine Street city. Plan to join other fans and the support staff of the Carolina Panthers.
