I wanted to make this recipe for a long time. It is so easy, healthy and seems a good replacement for real ice cream. In short, the part of the ice cream comes from a frozen banana. All you have to do is mix a frozen banana until it has the consistency of ice.
However, if you do not want banana ice cream, you can add the ingredients you want to change. I made mine with protein powder, peanut butter and cocoa powder and it is delicious.
1 1/2 tablespoons of peanut butter, you can probably use the butter you want. Simply mix everything together in your food processor or I'm sure a blender would work too. Make sure you look at it and make sure it is not a milkshake!

I interrupted the food processor a few times to soften the ice ball. After all, it looked like the ice cream was more like ice. That is really good. Fill each shape or silicone bowl with bananas and chocolate ice cream with a spoon. I used a spoon in it. Be careful not to get too full because it will expand slightly during freezing. Place in the freezer for one hour until it is completely frozen. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Remove the silicone molds and carefully remove the frozen forms of ice.
This should not be too difficult, especially if you use a silicone mold. Put in a container and put it back in the freezer to prevent it from melting. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Place a double grill on the stove.
Mix until the chocolate melts completely, can be poured and softened. When you're done, turn off the heat. Take half of the melted chocolate in a small deep bowl and add more melted chocolate if needed.
Take some options, such as freezer (work with a pair to prevent melting at once). Work fast, take a toothpick and drill 1/4 of the way into one of the frozen forms of ice.

Store in an airtight container. Talk to serve individually or a few strawberries / raspberries and cream, fresh coconut foam with a spoon and enjoy! You can use every container to make ice cream, but I personally prefer silicone molds for
