Simple! How To Make Vegan Chocolate Crunch Ice Cream Bar Flavor Of The Month?

I always loved crispy chocolate bars. There is one in South Africa called TV Bar, puffed rice in a bar and I am a happy camper. Unfortunately, I have not found a single vegan version yet. But you... it's so easy to do!

Only 2 ingredients and 15 minutes and you have all the crunchy vegetarian chocolate bars you could wish for. Well, all those crunchy candy bars that you would want for the week. Yes, for the week.

You may want more in the coming week. It is more than easy to do this. But a small mistake I made when cutting bars, when I was completely built up, as you can see, there were some parts of the break.

But if you want to avoid it, cut it if it is not completely solid and then put it back in the refrigerator to completely solidify. You will appreciate this vegan chocolate bar because of its crunchy taste, delicious taste of chocolate, how simple they are of the 2 ingredients and simplicity of the recipe! 1. The first step is melting the chocolate.

2. If you have a microwave, you can melt it in the microwave at intervals of 30 seconds, do not stir it every 30 seconds and then heat it in the microwave until it has completely melted.

3. Alternatively, if you have a double boiler, you can melt with it.

4. If you do not (like me!), Melt the chocolate through a heat-resistant bowl over a little boiling water.

5. Put the puffed rice in a bowl.

6. When the chocolate melts, pour over the puffed rice and stir.

7. Pour the mixture onto a baking tray with baking paper and smooth.

8. Place in the refrigerator for placement.

9. Before it is fully cured, remove it from the refrigerator and cut it into strips.

10. Return to the refrigerator to fully set it up. I used Rice Krispies.

What type of chocolate do you use? I ask because I had problems with something too picky and messy. I wonder if I can use chocolate for baking and add some sweetener. Or make a mix with cocoa powder? I need something for a cake sale and I think they can travel well.

Thanks for the recipe, I love the simplicity! If you want to taste your own chocolate, I have a recipe for my hazelnuts with raw chocolate. I do not have a favorite chocolate brand to melt, I think when I did I used Lindt, part of his dark chocolate is vegan.

The problem is that it does not travel as well because chocolate does not melt when it melts. That is not difficult, but I have not experienced it yet. As far as baking chocolate is concerned, that's fine, but it's something you've done, so I cannot guess.
