Cloud Cranberry Dessert and Great PR For Cranberries!

2 cans whole cranberry sauce
4 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans or slivered almonds
teaspoons lemon juice 2 (freshly squeezed is best to use bottled juice or plastic lemons!)
4 cups whipped topping

Mix all ingredients, except whipped topping. Fold in whipped topping and place in a large glass bowl. Cover tightly and refrigerate until serving dessert.

Serve with a sprig of mint beautiful arrangement and a few whole cranberries.
